Hi,

Could anyone please give detailed information about the interoperability of different DDS implementations? I want to write a data from a publisher that uses OpenSplice DDS and read the data with a subscriber that uses OpenDDS, is it possible?

Best Regards,
Emre

Hello Emre,

First off, OpenDDS does not implement the DDSI/RTPS wire protocol as such it is not interoperable with OpenSplice DDS nor with any other "interoperable" DDS implementation.

If you want to learn more about interoperable vendors and the latest interoperability test that was executed during the OMG Meeting in Santa Clara check out this slideshare slide-deck bit.ly/gCmSj4

Cheers,
Angelo
