We are trying to adopt DDS within some of our systems. We have downloaded opensplice and gotten it running on two different nodes: one a solaris/sparc node, the other a windows/x86 node.

We are trying to run the tutorial apps (MessageBoard and Chatter). These run fine and can deliver samples on each node separately.

We can't use broadcast (and dont want to use multicast) in order to deliver samples from one node to the other. So we are trying to configure our network service to use unicast.

Can someone provide an indication relative to the key elements and attributes within the NetworkService configuration along with some samples that would show how a 2-node (unicast based) configuration could be established.

Thanks in advance.
