Regarding subscriber applciation dependencies?

We are using openDDS for publish/subscribe middleware. We download,
installed, configured and did other necessary steps of openDDS to start
development. We were successful in running example programs. We have a
clarification : Is it necessary for the entire installation and configuration
procedure of openDDS need to be done in subscriber PC?.(DDS installation and
other steps ) . Any minimal requirements /dependencies can be identified and
installed for a subscriber application to work?.For example, whether the build
solutions can be just copied in subscriber PC and do necessary path settings
alone are enough for the subscriber application for getting data from a DDS
publisher application which is running on another PC?.

REPEAT BY:
[What you did to get the error; include test program or session
transcript if at all possible. ]

SAMPLE FIX/WORKAROUND:
[If available ]
